ABOUT US
Su-Shi-Dan is an innovation of turning the typical Japanese dish, raw meat sushi, into sushi with a Filipino twist. The idea first originated when rice was being considered as a first major factor to sell and create the product. This led to the second factor which is the Filipinos’ love for rice. The fact that most Filipinos don’t appreciate raw meat sushi like other people do, is the third factor that aided in the conceptualization of transforming beloved Filipino meals into a sushi-like figure. The thought of eating one’s favorite Filipino meal being turned into a rolled sushi gives convenience for those of little appetite and would just wish to have a serving or two. The creation of this product hopes to encourage many Filipinos to eat and appreciate the concept of sushi.
